14-Day Return Policy
At NUUX23, we are committed to exceptional quality and top-tier customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return items within 14 days of receiving them. Please review the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
1.1. Returned items must be in pristine original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
1.2. Items labeled as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns. In such cases, exchanges are only available as store credit.
2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1. To start a return, please follow these steps:
· Log in to your account using the email address you used at checkout.
· Select the item(s) you would like to return.
· Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation together with a return label. (Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.)
· Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving your order.
· After the returned item has been received, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for your purchase..
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to arrange your own return shipment, we recommend using an insured shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of your items.
3.2. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Approval
4.1. Once we receive your return, items will be inspected to confirm they meet our return criteria. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

6.1. International orders are not eligible for exchanges. Customers outside Switzerland and the EU may return eligible items according to this policy, but direct exchanges are not available.
