1. Scope and Contracting Party
These Terms and Conditions apply between NUUX23 (referred to as “we” or “NUUX23”) and all customers placing orders through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The products shown in our store are not legally binding offers but rather non-binding invitations to place an order.
A binding contract is concluded once you click “Buy now” during checkout and receive a confirmation email from us.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) or Swiss Francs (CHF) or other currency, including applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

- Klarna / Sofort
- Other payment providers and currency options where available during checkout
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship with UPS (or equivalent shipping partners) within Europe and selected international destinations.
Estimated (non-binding) delivery times:
- Switzerland & EU: approx. 2–4 business days
- Scandinavia & UK: approx. 3–6 business days
- Remote areas: up to 7 business days may apply
Shipping costs and options are shown clearly at checkout. Import duties and customs fees (e.g. for UK or Switzerland) must be paid by the recipient.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third parties such as carriers or customs authorities.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of NUUX23 until full payment has been received.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
To request a return:
Send an email to returns@nuux23.com including your order number.
Unless otherwise stated, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions from returns:
Custom-made or visibly worn items are excluded from return and withdrawal rights.
7. Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
For damages other than those resulting from injury to life, body, or health, we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of NUUX23.
Any further liability – particularly for indirect damages, consequential losses, or delays caused by third parties – is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers residing in the EU, the laws of their place of residence may also apply.
Place of jurisdiction is Eglisau, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
10. Final Provisions
If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version available on the site at the time of ordering applies.
