Shipping policy
Let’s talk shipping.
All NUUX23 orders are shipped with tracked UPS delivery – fast, secure, and weekdays only, between 9am and 5pm (CET).
Shipping days: Monday to Friday
If you’d like your package before the weekend, we recommend placing your order by Tuesday noon (CET).
- Estimated delivery times (non-binding):
- Switzerland & EU: 2–4 business days
- Scandinavia & the UK: 3–6 business days
- Remote areas: may take slightly longer
In some cases – such as when your item is shipped from a different warehouse – delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Orders are shipped via a third-party carrier (UPS).
Please note: While we do our best to dispatch promptly, NUUX23 cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe, as final transit times are outside of our control.
Important note for third-party addresses
If you choose to ship to a freight forwarder or third-party service, this is entirely at your own risk.
NUUX23 is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur after the package has been successfully delivered by UPS to the specified third-party address.
